Moderation Review

An administrator reviews your submission before publication. Follow its status in your dashboard and respond to requests for corrections.

STEP 3

Show Useful Samples

Provide a clear cover and informative previews. Declare included files, native software and version, and distribution rights. Paid originals require a verified purchase.

STEP 4

Understand Your Earnings

Standard sellers keep 70%; Premium sellers keep 85% of eligible file sales. A 48-hour payment hold and dispute checks apply. Withdrawal is a separate operator-processed bank or UPI transfer.

For Tutors & Freelancers

Submit your portfolio for administrator review. Platform approval does not certify a professional licence.

STEP 2

Define the Work

Agree a tutoring quote, deliverables and scope before payment. New site-scout bookings are currently unavailable.

STEP 3

Held Earnings

Razorpay or PayPal processes payment. ArchHive records held earnings in an internal delivery and dispute workflow, not a separate bank escrow account.

STEP 4

Keep 85% of Eligible Earnings

Tutor commission is 15%. Confirmed delivery or an administrator ruling, no unresolved dispute, and the 48-hour payment hold are required before earnings become available. Withdrawal is a separate transfer.
