Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Goods & Delivery

ArchHive sells digital goods and services — project files, 3D models, renders, templates, and access to tutoring/site-analysis services. Digital files are delivered instantly through your library and via a secure download link immediately after a payment is verified. There is no physical shipment; no shipping charges apply.

2. Digital Downloads

Because digital files are delivered immediately and can be copied, all sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We will, however, issue a full refund in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted, unopenable, or technically broken and the seller cannot provide a working replacement within 72 hours.
• The delivered file materially differs from the listing description or preview images.
• You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction).
• The download link or hosted file is permanently unavailable through no fault of your own.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, lack of required software/hardware to open a file, or because the asset did not suit your specific project once downloaded.

3. Premium & Pro Subscriptions

Subscription fees grant access to features (internal hosting, reduced commission, boosts) for the billing period. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. If you cancel within 48 hours of a first subscription purchase and have not used a Premium-exclusive feature (e.g., internal upload), you may request a full refund.

4. Escrow Services (Tutoring & Site Analysis)

Payments for tutoring and site-analysis services are held in Escrow and are governed by the dispute-resolution process in our Terms of Service. Before work is delivered, a student may cancel a hire request for a full refund of escrowed funds. After work is delivered, funds are released on approval or by Admin ruling in a dispute. The Platform's service fee is non-refundable once a contract is completed.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us through our contact page within 7 days of the transaction with your order/payment ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically settle within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster directly. Fraudulent chargebacks on successfully delivered digital goods may result in account suspension.
