Description
The Wellness Resort at Goran is a sustainable hospitality and wellness destination proposed on the scenic edge of Tehri Lake, Uttarakhand. The project aims to create a holistic environment where nature, wellness, recreation, and traditional architecture come together to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The resort is designed to offer a unique retreat experience through wellness-oriented facilities such as yoga, meditation, spa therapies, healthy dining, and recreational activities within a serene natural setting. Situated on a 2.97-hectare lakeside site, the development responds to the hilly terrain, panoramic lake views, and surrounding mountain landscape. The design emphasizes the use of locally available materials, eco-sensitive planning strategies, and vernacular architectural principles to minimize environmental impact while enhancing the visitor experience
